Repair Process

We understand that not everyone has the time or ability to make it to our workshop with their tools. To allow customers anywhere in Queensland and New South Wales to get their Power Tools repaired we have developed a Repair Form and Label (downloadable from the download section below).

Quote fees apply for all enquiries, please contact us for details.

Step by Step

Download our Repair Form and Label.
Fill out the form, and send via courier or your preferred method to Independent Power Tool Repairs.
We will look at the tool and repair or quote as required.
Once the tool is repaired we will contact you to arrange payment.
After payment has been received we will send the tool back to you in working order.
